3 nights at 12th Avenue Hotel, Bangkok

The room was spacious and clean and I was quite comfortable during my stay at 12th Avenue. The walk to the main road was longer than I had anticipated, but the hotel did have a shuttle service which I was thankful for. There are two complaints that I did have one being that some of the light switches in the room weren't working properly. The other issue I had was that the door to the shower didn't shut securely, which meant that the water would spill into the rest of the bathroom. The staff was kind and gracious however so no complaints there at all.

Truck driver recommended us a cab for Pattaya, the cab driver was so unprofessional and rude. I will never ever recommend this Hotel. Strict action should be taken against him.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this أسبيرا 12ث أفينوي. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches—like the welcome drink and daily housekeeping service—that made the experience feel special. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, relaxing pool area, and a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, tuk tuk service to & fro from the أسبيرا 12ث أفينوي to the main road was quick. What truly stood out was the level of hospitality. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect as per my needs. You have to walk a few hundred meters in Soi 12. Breakfast in the room is good to surprise as I don't see any 4 or 5-star أسبيرا 12ث أفينويs serve it at this price. Food options are limited and not served after 10.30 pm. Service is as per expectations. Overall good value for money. No complimentary late checkouts.

Hotel is good, staffs are good. Buffet breakfast has no varieties for vegetarians. Had a tough time as all the five days we had to eat only bread. We found a good Indian restaurant for lunch and dinner and we were saved. Overall the room and amenities are good. Good swimming pool and surroundings.
