The property is very basic. It’s not value for money. But staff are very helpful. Our bag lock was not opening and staff went out of their way to help us and open our bag at midnight

Park avenue changi is one affordable option for travellers cos of its excellent location to the airport. Plus its one sophisticated haven for good indian food inclusive of shakuntalas & anand bhawan just 50 m away from the hotel. Moreover the staff is malaysian indian like thrz one guy named "vin" a very emphatic guy who assisted me all thru while i was ill during my tour & made me feel at home similar to how indians care;though the female manager was v manipulative whom u cant expect any favours frm. Rates similar to radisson india & hospitality top class with mrt some 300 m away. Its one perfect destination for travellers. I would suggest not to book the breakfast inclusive option cos u have food joints just road opp & their breaky doesnt make sense at all. Regards

It was a good experience during stay in hotel park avenue. It is near to expo and business centre, walking distance from green line mart near to changi airport. The other thing is that one can get indian food in anand bhavan south indian restaurant. The check-in and check out was very easy. Hotel has good amenities with roof top swimming pool and a restaurant. These are some of the pros of hotel. Singapore hotels are very costly and this hotel is also good option for travelers who want to pay 20 to 30 percent less than 5 star hotels. But can't be compare with other 5 star hotels located on orchid or scott's road or sentosa area. Rooms are spacious and good.

Location was good. Very near the airport for lay over stays. A lot of restaurants around, grocery and a mall are a few steps away. Unfortunately wifi connection was not good in my room. I only got wifi 30 minutes before check out. They also dont have room service so its difficult if you arrive late at night coz there's no food to order since the restaurants close at 930pm.

Next to changi airport. And very near to expo mtr. U can enjoy shopping next to hotel one shopping mall and groceries. We booked family room and we enjoy with our cooking. All facilities are good in the room. They provide kitchen utilities, spacious, two bed room, two bath room and one hall. With fridge, bread toaster, oven, kettel and washing machine, i prefer this 100% suite to all

If you are looking to stay new expo then this is best property but if you want to enjoy night life and explore the country more then must go with other property because in this property you will not get the food after 10pm even nearby makt will also close around 9:30 pm

We 3 of us stayed here for one night and we had a great experience during our stay. The staff is very hospitable and polite. The check in also was fast. Our rooms were squeaky clean and the location is very convenient. Would love to come back here!

Stuff shortage and very late checkin

Hotel is in a good location, in expo mart changi business park, clean and hygienic the only issue was stuff shortage and literally waited for 7 hours to get the room, and it is being continued for several days. Not a cooperating stuffs. Not communicating with travelers with proper update. Overall though location room all good but not a good experience, hope this is a issue for time being and they will fix it soon
