Nice stay with good food, nice cleanliness, smiling front office!Services are fine with complimentary breakfast, seeming pool.

I was travelling with my wife and 18month old son. Had booked a room with king size bed. The rooms are big and spacious. The hotel was very close to the airport. MRT station was right in front. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The breakfast spread was huge but had limited Indian options. There are many Indian restaurants on the road behind the hotel. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

The property is located nicely, close by to the East Coast beach with good food options nearby, and a metro station right in front of the hotel, making travel very easy. The rooms were nice and clean and overall it was a good stay experience.

Hotel was good hotel location is the major advantage everything is nearby, very rude staffs and not flexible for any customers, for the Mercure standards it is a very normal amenities inside the room

It was right opposite an MRT and a mall. Very convenient to travel to the airport or Marina Bay. Breakfast spread was delicious

Outdated hotel... Zero help in anything... No drinking water in the room.. Poor service... Horrible staff

Hotel is located right in front of marine parade mart which was super convenient. Also we really liked location, away from bustling city centre and crowd. Close proximity to temple and india restaurant (just behind the hotel block) was big plus and a life saver, since i was traveling with a 3 yr old kid who's used only indian food especially south indian. Room was clean and comfy, though i would have preferred a bigger room size for cost. I was not sure if it was just our room or all the rooms in the category. I wanted to change upgrade the room, but since we were out most of the time didn't really bother about it later. Another bummer is the standard check in time which is 3pm, though they managed to get us checked in at 12pm based on room availability. Expect some waiting time if you arrive early. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range. Good location, just outside the mrt, bus station and opposite the mall.

The hotel doesn't have vegetation food options for in room dining. This makes it difficult for vegetarian guests. We found it very difficult to find food in singapore and the hotel also didn't have any options.

Grand mercure hotel offers different amenities. Very well maintained, service is excellent. Indian restaurant just back side of the hotel. overall great stay.

Property location was perfect as near to MRT and Bus service at walking distance along with walking distance to beach area and mall. Property was well maintained . Only bad part was the services of hotel, home service was not good at all

The overall stay was average - there were stains on the bedsheet, when asked for cutlery in the room they shared flimsy plastic plates and charged heavily for it. The breakfast was average and most items were stocked out during later hours of breakfast. Housekeeping at breakfast area was average. The location is on the backside of the main commercial street so not convenient for shopping but it’s right opposite the metro station so convenient for taking public transport. Reception staff was courteous but room housekeeping staff was curt. Overall pretty average experience for the high price paid.

Good hotel with nice surrounding near mart station. Hotel staff was also very accommodative. However they should provide empty crockery (like plate/spoon to hotel guests)

Nicely located with an adjacent mall and beach side just right infront of the hotel. The check in was not smooth with a harsh undertone to discourage early check ins though lot of rooms were available. Maybe the financial consideration over weigh the service considerations. Room size is good and breakfast is so so. Busy hotel, though with pretty decent staff behavior. Average or maybe just better than average experience.

Very nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. Best room size in singapore comparative to other hotels. Very cooperative hotel staff. Location is also superb, very near to beach, east coast park. Metro & bus connectivity just opposite to hotel in walking distance. Indian vegetarian food places are also very nearby. Good roadside bars and restaurants are also very near. Overall a very nice experience.

Superb location! extremely recommended for its convenience and charm. The extra time allowed for a late check-out was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall positive experience of my stay. The accommodations were comfortable and the service was top-notch. A wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in a great location.
