Pleasant experience at the beautiful resort. We booked a family room for 4 which to our surprise came equipped with a microwave and a double door fridge. The water filter is good but slightly slower this bit needs improvement. The walking involved to reach the resort is a bit more compared to other hotels, but the natural beauty and tranquility offered by the resort is unmatched. The resort's cafe lacks vegetarian food options but the grocery attached to it has many cooking materials available like bread, oil, sauces, and utensils. The mall attached to the resort has a small sandwich shop with vegetarian options and also has a subway outlet now with Veggie delight sub available there! If you go to Singapore for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to go!

I recently stayed at this resort and found the experience highly disappointing. The hotel is self-service, with no staff to assist with luggage, even when we had back issues. Housekeeping is done only once, and there’s no cutlery available, even for baby food or meals you’ve ordered. The rooms are not soundproof and are quite noisy. During busy hours, operators don’t pick up calls for half hour. Guests have to walk 10–15 minutes to find basic food options. Additionally, reaching the nearest MRT station requires a 10-minute walk followed by a free shuttle or bus ride for another 10 minutes. Essential amenities like a weighing scale are missing, which is unacceptable at this price. Singapore hotels offer much better facilities and services, so I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Pros: very big property, spacious and clean room near to the airport attached to water sports activities cons: the resort doesn't have a restaurant, they won't even give coffee and milk in the morning. Indian restaurants are very far from the resort. Pure vegetarian people will have tough time. Very big property like a maze game, you will be exhausted by the time you reach your room

This place is very close to shanghai airport and costs around $12 singapore dollars one way. Rooms are clean and can easily sleep 4. Has a water park that is open from 12-5 and good for the kids. Cost is $18 per person if you book a hotel room.

Booked a quad room. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Full size fridge and oven added to a small kitchenette. Asked for a double twin bed but got 4 individual beds instead. There was no quilt but a thin bedsheet. Bathroom was ok. The heater had some issues in giving us hot water consistently. The hotel didn't have good breakfast options. I felt they should have covered breakfast also in this price.

A pleasant stay, lose to nature!

Pleasant experience at the beautiful resort. We booked a family room for 4 which to our surprise came equipped with a microwave and a double door fridge. The water filter is good but slightly slower this bit needs improvement. The walking involved to reach the resort is a bit more compared to other د'ريزورت أت داونتاون إيستs, but the natural beauty and tranquility offered by the resort is unmatched. The resort's cafe lacks vegetarian food options but the grocery attached to it has many cooking materials available like bread, oil, sauces, and utensils. The mall attached to the resort has a small sandwich shop with vegetarian options and also has a subway outlet now with Veggie delight sub available there! If you go to Singapore for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to go!

This place is very close to shanghai airport and costs around $12 singapore dollars one way. Rooms are clean and can easily sleep 4. Has a water park that is open from 12-5 and good for the kids. Cost is $18 per person if you book a د'ريزورت أت داونتاون إيست room.

Good ambience. Friendly staffs. Offered early check-in. no complimentary breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. Ample space to walk around. Very close to a mall. Overall a good place
