I had booked a superior queen room and it was not given and instead they have a single bedroom. Even after booking a stay for about a week, they were not ready to give a queen room. I will avoid booking this through make my trip or other party platforms if you want to avoid being cheated. We stayed at the resort in the month of October.The hotel rooms are much bigger in size as compared to usual room sizes you would get in Singapore for the price we paid. They have an elaborate breakfast menu however they can increase the number of Indian dishes in the spread. the hotel is conveniently located with proximity to major bus routes.

Awesome stay with amazing people around. Great hospitality. Clean and hygienic environment. Free taxi service was of great help

Stayed there for 6 nights and the stay was peaceful. A few pointers for my fellow indian casual travellers: hotel is good, room size and bathroom size good, but no jet spray. Use tissues and then take a shower. Drinking water is on the same slab and pours into the same basin in the bathroom. Some people may find it unusual and a bit uncomfortable. The hotel staff apart from the front desk is absent after 10 pm. So, no room service after 10 pm. Enjoy breakfast by the pool on the 7th floor. Decent spread and good view. Its in the same building as a mall, so you can try eating outside the hotel if you want. There is a restaurant called master prata that is open till midnight. If you want standard chains, there are all of them all around. (location is surrounded by malls, eateries)

This hotel is situated in the middle of singapore as per my understanding which makes so easy did you to plan and travel to all the wonderful locations. Hotel was pretty neat and clean. Also, daily cleaning has ensured zero room for untidness. I stayed for 10 days and it was great

My stay at momentous hotel was perfect. Right from check in to check out everything was managed very well. Rooms were spacious, clean, with their beautiful infinity pool view. I am also thankful for their hospitality.

Checkin was delayed by an hour and the ac of the room was not working well.

We had a pleasant stay in momentous hotel alexandera. Polite and courteous staff, great rooms, good swimming pool and other activities. It's close to major attractions like sentosa, merlion park, little india and a few others

my prestigious guests are allotted a twin bed instead of a king bed which was booked. annoyed at that and your customer support is saying it'll take 48 -72 hours to resolve. what's the point of resolving it once a guest has checked out? no one take it on priority and arrange for the room category which was booked. even as per the voucher, the check-in time was 2 pm and the checkout time was 12 pm. When my guest asked with the receptionist, there said you have to check out 11 am because your checkout time is 11 am. not expecting.

Stayed at this hotel in the first week of april'23 with family ( 2 rooms. Overall we had a pleasant stay, rooms are nice, polite and helpful staff. The hotel is located close to most of the main attractions in singapore also close to an mrt. Lot of eating options around the hotel. My only feedback is have at-least some indian food item in their breakfast buffet

My 2-day stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice place and is very well connected to public transport. The hotel staff was very polite in every interaction. I enjoyed breakfast as well. Couldn't try out the gym or swimming pool due to a tight schedule & heavy rain, but the swimming pool was looking clean & well maintained. Overall great stay. I will visit again.

Overall stay was good. With a very amazing city view. Overlooking the building - interlace. Had a small glitch when the receptionist wasn't able to find us a queen bed room and was instead offering us a twin room, but that resolved quite quickly. And the rest of the stay was pretty good. Breakfast had good options from different cuisines and the location of the hotel is perfect in terms of getting an mrt or a bus.

It was the same all days and hence will be tough to manage 3-4 nights with inclusive breakfast option. Location is good

Unfortunately, the shuttle to and from the Business Park was cancelled due to the virus but close enough to take a taxi or bus (1.5 kilometres).

Hotel rooms are very small comparatively charges are quite high, very less options for vegetarians, even my colleagues who eat non-veg, they didn't like the breakfast. Location wise its good, staff service is also ok.

Everything was good. Room cleanliness and staff was excellent. Only small issue is executive breakfast which need more varieties.

Far for main attraction hotel is good staff also good nice view from 17 floor room.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Swimming pool was amazing. We had a pleasant stay.

Superb place to stay. Not in the heart of the city. But easy to commute company grab taxi. Very good cleanliness standards. Super quality of room. Very good staff. The public transport may be a bit of a walk for a family with kids. But with grab, you are not in any disadvantage. Orchard Road is not too far away.
