The problem only we faced is that we had an early flight on that day and we reached at the hotel by 10 am and they said we don't give you room until 2 pm as their policy of check-in. So they allow us to wait on their sofa. But it is hard to pass that time as we are tired of traveling.

Worst service and worst Hotel I have ever seen

Hi, guys, this hotel was the worst I have ever seen. As they mentioned 3-star hotel, it's not even a 1-star. Hotel is just terrible as it was a non-refundable payment that's why I stayed there. If you could look into this and do some needful that would be much-appreciated. Thanks.
