Pros Great location with stunning views over the marina (if you have the right room) Awesome toiletries - mango line by Jo went down a treat Food standard is very high with a great choice for picky eaters. Unhelpful - the reception and porters were really friendly and helpful. However the restaurant staff leave quite a bit to be desired. Language was an issue in some cases but the lack of customer service in the restaurant (by people waiting on tables) was less than desirable

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. about pan pacific don't have tell u anything location all star, excellent every thing is excellent. from cheak in to cheak out give all star of the earth all staff is excellent food amazing ,even they have indian food also again excellent and last the person on the reception desk mr. abhi he was very kind and very very co-opetaive . nice abhi u are rock thanks to all pan pacific staff

Pan pacific فندق بان باسيفيك سنغافورة is the best choice i made. Stayed there for 5 nights. I would like to say from check-in to checkout everything was perfect and hasselfree, location, ambience, hospitality eveything is perfect. In addition to this, two good malls are connected to the property. Special thanks to mr arson, mr yuan and mr kuselan for their warm hospitality.

Awesome location, just at marina area. We took a marina bay view room. Rooms were spacious and have a nice view of whole marinabay, gardenbay and merlion park.
