Small rooms and rude receptionist

We reached near 7 am and no idea what to do. We approached the receptionist and she said the check In time is 2 pm. We requested her if it is possible to arrange some room, we were ready to pay more as well. She rudely replied No, no rooms are available. She did not even make an eye contact which loosed her credibility. As if we were beggars or homeless. Perhaps the professional reply expected was something like this- I understand your concern, you have traveled a long way but sorry - no rooms are available at this moment in time. Moreover, we booked triple room where 3 persons can be accommodated, the room was very small in size. We were barely able to walk.
