Beg bugs in the room & rooms not cleaned & no support from local staff even after informing about room quality . Not recommended & request for refund .

We were very happy and satisfied with our stay in Ibis budget singapore Gold. As this was very close to JCU university. The breakfast was very good and the staffs were extremely helpful. Would really recommend this place.

The hotel room and bathroom were clean, overall. However, there were ants in the bedsheets on 2 out of 4 nights. Even though i did not take any eatable in the room, i kept wondering why and from where ants were coming. I think the hotel should look into this ant issue. Except for ants, the stay was nice.
