The location is far from any setup or shopping area. There's no good food options nearby. Breakfast options are very limited and repeated everyday. Accomodation is further away from lobby/ entrance area, it's basically a convention center with attached accommodation.

The hotel is in a very calm location, the surrounding is scenic, the reception staff helpful, and with singapore's good public transport facilities, it is actually not difficult to get to anywhere in singapore. The changi village and seafront provide a good place to spend some relaxed time, overall a good stay. A special mention is called for, i missed the taxi i booked by being a few minutes late, and would have missed my flight but for the timely help by the reception staff in getting a quick alternative at that early hour of the day. A really old tree in the changi cove grounds. The calm road just outside the changi cove hotel

Hotel is very average, basic room. No services or hospitality. No one evn comes to show your room with you, they have shortage of staffs. Not much food available for vegeterian, no indian style food available. Yes the room sizes are pretty small as compared to india, i can understand near airport its expensive but still for a couplenits really small. There no place to sit inside the room, in fact they have put a small self swing to sit which is really useless.

First stayed in this hotel in 2018. The property is located at a beautiful place, Changi village, and is spread over a wide area and is close to some lovely food courts and the beach.The staff is polite and courteous. Stayed here for three days in October 2022. Like other hotels in Singapore, this one was also been visibly affected. The in- room facilities have been reduced for cost cutting and there is a slight deterioration in housekeeping standards (disappointed here). Due to the Grand Prix and other events the room rates were very high and it was just not worth the money spent. if you are coming to Singapore on a business visit and have to be in the Business District for work, avoid this hotel as there are better options available. PS. Do not use a prepaid forex card or debit card to pay the hotel deposit as it is a nightmare to get the refund. Further, the hotel staff is not very receptive or cooperative in these matters.

First stayed in this Changi Cove, Singapore in 2018. The property is located at a beautiful place, Changi village, and is spread over a wide area and is close to some lovely food courts and the beach.The staff is polite and courteous. Stayed here for three days in October 2022. Like other Changi Cove, Singapores in Singapore, this one was also been visibly affected.
