No drinking bottled water was given, no breakfast, toil-est were worst than a public toilet, hygiene was very poor. We left in one night.

Although the people at customer desk are nice but the room was worst. No cleanliness, bathrooms were dirty fill like a garbage room. My bed was smelling very badly. No safety.

An okay place

I stayed in the dorm. The room was really clean but the bathroom was really bad. The water coming was all muddy. I'd suggest you that if you're planning to stay in dorm, don't book this hotel. Spend some bucks more and get a better hostel. Only the private rooms in the hotel are worth staying in.

The cheapest and the best of Thamel

If you're interested in staying in Thamel with the budget not hurting your pockets as well as you want the best place to stay, this is the place to be. The people in the reception were always there to help and they can even provide booking services to buses.

Location of the Hotel is very good but it lacks in cleanliness, toilet is not clean either and I can see cockroaches easily in the room. It was terrible.

Amazing staying

I was very impressed by hotel staff and receptionist. The receptionist namely Thapa welcomed me warmly by making "Tilak" on my forehead and presented me some fruits and sweets as Prasaad. He is very polite and helpful person. Hotel services are very good. I recommend to all of you to stay in this hotel.
