Very good هوتل أمباسادور باي إيس هوتلز, centrally located. Very courteous and helpful staff, wanted to mention some names, but it will be unfair to those who's name, i dont know. All staff including guard, were very helpful, guard went out of way on road to catch some taxy and to resolve some payment issue to taxy. Food was awesome. All staff reception, restaurant, guards were young and exceptionally courteous. Recommend to stay. Suggest ; 1. To have thinner and softer fiber filled pillows too, and 2. Please don't keep plastic spoons (to stir coffee). It looks too cheap and environmentally unfriendly. Can replace with small nicer metal spoons or with wooden straw. 3. I needed هوتل أمباسادور باي إيس هوتلز bill on check out. There was an issue. They were not providing check out final هوتل أمباسادور باي إيس هوتلز bill, including the online payment, which is essential document to submit to employer for reimbursement purposes. They refused. I am afraid this will prevent people from choosing this هوتل أمباسادور باي إيس هوتلز, if check out bills are not provided. This isssue needs to be sorted out. Rest was all ramroo. I. E. Very good.

Mattress had stains, that is if you bother pulling the bedsheet to check. Clean sheets and ok service, they disabled my card disabled by 12 pm everyday & had to go to reception to get it renewed, so definitely cannot call it a 4star. Also had the breakfast and dining staff hand me regular menu for absolutely no reason when i had a prepaid breakfast and dinner, this too, every-time i went to the terrace dining area to eat. Aren't they supposed to have full details per customer in the only dining area that was open during dashain? this wasn't peak tourist season either. Also on arrival, the porter who entered the room a second before i did, with the key card i'd just received from the lobby, knocked on the bathroom door inside the room and went "housekeeping- i mean, duh, that's an empty room, so what are you doing man, or are you implying i am entering some guys pure booked room- in which case it's absolutely dumb, and yet implicatedly rude, just because i'm a solo female traveller.

Booked a deluxe room with balcony for four days after staying in the standard room for 2days, but it was worth it, although it came with occasional bird in the balcony which the servicestaff promptly cleaned, it was well worth paying extra for the mountain side breeze that would draft into my room as well as dry out any linens washed by hand- don't trust their laundry service, after seeing how they cleaned my kitchen accessories (glasses )with plain water- i had made myself hot cups of matcha from premixes& that leaves a smell in the cups if you don't wash it with soap. Staying solo, i used both the glasses available, and frankly, both strongly smelled of matcha even after my room had been cleaned. Other than that, food quality was really great, despite limited quantity on the menu.

Location- it is situated just opposite c bi on lazimpat road where you can also find many sports bars, casual pizzerias, laid-back cafes, and stores selling handicrafts and designer pashminas. Actually the property is just 1km from thamel market. Food- they have very limited options for vegetarians but whatever they have, it tastes good. Amenities- many things including an iron and iron bed, secured elevators, non smoking rooms, sensor based floors, etc. Staff/crew- very helpful and friendly. Rooms- i booked a standard room which was spacious but very suffocated, the windows were locked, had no ventilation. May be the other rooms are better. Prices- a bit high. Value for money- 3. 5/5

Hotel Ambassador in Kathmandu exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay in a fantastic location, close to everything I needed. The staff were extremely attentive and made sure I had everything i needed. A highlight of my stay was the chic rooftop bar with stunning views. I enjoyed a delicious northern Indian meal there—huge portions, incredible flavors, and the service was top-notch. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. If you’re ever in Kathmandu, this place is a must!

If you are going to kathmandu, without any doubt choose هوتل أمباسادور باي إيس هوتلز ambassador by ace. Very good hospitality, all staff members are very well mannered and nice. Room was so clean, everyday they clean your room. Also they provide complimentary water. Special thanks to mr prashant ji, he is very humble and nice. The cute girls at the reception were also very sweet. Overall my experience was very good at this هوتل أمباسادور باي إيس هوتلز.

Didn't like being told to sit in an allotted seat for breakfast when i specified i'll choose my own seat, being one person, but other than that good breakfast and more amenities in the room

Perfect place to stay. You can cover all point of the city. Few of them are on walking distance. Lovely property with polite staff & very helpful

Although we were just here for a night, we found the hospitality to be really warm and courteous. The food was good. It's just 15 min from the airport and located on a main road. Great and comfy place to stay while in kathmandu.

We had three rooms booked for our family. The rooms are very well appointed and are large. The staff is very polite. The breakfast had a good spread and the food was good too. They have a proper coffee machine as well. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view and good sitting area. The location is at walking distance from thamel market.

Good property, good location. Need to improve basic amenities like a bigger smart tv rather than an 32" tv with old systems. Coffee machine in room is a new norm which should be considered. Excellent espresso coffee at breakfast
