A Pleasant Stay with Great Views, but Needs Improvement on Basic Amenities

I recently stayed at Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few highlights and one key drawback. The resort is located along a private beach, which offers an amazing view, making it a great place to relax. The swimming pool is also really good, clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff were exceptional—very polite and accommodating. They even got me into my room earlier than the standard check-in time, recognizing that I had just arrived after a 7-hour flight. This gesture was truly appreciated. The food at the resort offers a good variety, with a buffet spread and an a la carte menu. However, for Indian travelers, it’s important to note that there are no Indian food options available on the menu. The silver lining is that nearby restaurants can cater to this need, and both Grab and Gojek apps work seamlessly for food delivery and transportation around the area. The one notable issue I faced was with the availability of drinking water. The بالي ريلاكينج ريزورت آند سبا only provides two small 330ml bottles per room each day. If you need more, you have to order through the restaurant, which closes at 10:30 pm. After this, there is no way to get water, even if you’re willing to pay extra. Unfortunately, this crucial piece of information wasn’t communicated at check-in. I believe that drinking water should be accessible 24/7 through housekeeping or vending machines, and the بالي ريلاكينج ريزورت آند سبا should make this clear to guests upon arrival. Overall, the stay was good, and with some improvements in basic services, it could be even better.

BRR located at prime location..amenities had a huge swimming pool and بالي ريلاكينج ريزورت آند سبا had direct beach access also..had a pleasant stay rooms also clean and bed was also huge and comfortable ..but needs little upgrade on wardrobe... Breakfast was tasty but should have more vegetarian options also..Special thanks to Receptionist Erna was very helpful and cheerful also...property was rightly located..near to markets..

It was a very well located بالي ريلاكينج ريزورت آند سبا with all amenities. Hotel staff was extra nice and cleanliness was very good. It is built like a 5 star بالي ريلاكينج ريزورت آند سبا and with good buffet breakfast and a fantastic pool and beach view and access.

The resort was well appointed. The property is beach facing and has a good swimming pool too. The restaurant is good with polite staff and good food. Our room had an issue due to which the management upgraded us free of charge. Overall a good place.
