BRR located at prime location..amenities had a huge swimming pool and hotel had direct beach access also..had a pleasant stay rooms also clean and bed was also huge and comfortable ..but needs little upgrade on wardrobe... Breakfast was tasty but should have more vegetarian options also..Special thanks to Receptionist Erna was very helpful and cheerful also...property was rightly located..near to markets..

Worst stay with constant foul smell and bed bug

Worst stay of my life. There was a constant bad smell in the bedroom and in the whole hotel. Also, there were bed bugs due to which i couldn't sleep for a single day in their hotel. They couldn't do anything about it even after complaining multiple times.

A Pleasant Stay with Great Views, but Needs Improvement on Basic Amenities

I recently stayed at Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few highlights and one key drawback. The resort is located along a private beach, which offers an amazing view, making it a great place to relax. The swimming pool is also really good, clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff were exceptional—very polite and accommodating. They even got me into my room earlier than the standard check-in time, recognizing that I had just arrived after a 7-hour flight. This gesture was truly appreciated. The food at the resort offers a good variety, with a buffet spread and an a la carte menu. However, for Indian travelers, it’s important to note that there are no Indian food options available on the menu. The silver lining is that nearby restaurants can cater to this need, and both Grab and Gojek apps work seamlessly for food delivery and transportation around the area. The one notable issue I faced was with the availability of drinking water. The hotel only provides two small 330ml bottles per room each day. If you need more, you have to order through the restaurant, which closes at 10:30 pm. After this, there is no way to get water, even if you’re willing to pay extra. Unfortunately, this crucial piece of information wasn’t communicated at check-in. I believe that drinking water should be accessible 24/7 through housekeeping or vending machines, and the hotel should make this clear to guests upon arrival. Overall, the stay was good, and with some improvements in basic services, it could be even better.

exterior of the property is very good with a fantastic swimming pool. Rooms are very average and the bathrooms are below average and in desperate need of an overall. I understand that the proced are lower but would not rate it more than a 3 star property and that too duw tot the pool and the exteriors. I think the owners need to consider restoring the rooms, and on priority the bathrooms.

A Pleasant Stay with Great Views, but Needs Improvement on Basic Amenities

I recently stayed at Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few highlights and one key drawback. The resort is located along a private beach, which offers an amazing view, making it a great place to relax. The swimming pool is also really good, clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff were exceptional—very polite and accommodating. They even got me into my room earlier than the standard check-in time, recognizing that I had just arrived after a 7-hour flight. This gesture was truly appreciated. The food at the resort offers a good variety, with a buffet spread and an a la carte menu. However, for Indian travelers, it’s important to note that there are no Indian food options available on the menu. The silver lining is that nearby restaurants can cater to this need, and both Grab and Gojek apps work seamlessly for food delivery and transportation around the area. The one notable issue I faced was with the availability of drinking water. The Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa only provides two small 330ml bottles per room each day. If you need more, you have to order through the restaurant, which closes at 10:30 pm. After this, there is no way to get water, even if you’re willing to pay extra. Unfortunately, this crucial piece of information wasn’t communicated at check-in. I believe that drinking water should be accessible 24/7 through housekeeping or vending machines, and the Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa should make this clear to guests upon arrival. Overall, the stay was good, and with some improvements in basic services, it could be even better.

BRR located at prime location..amenities had a huge swimming pool and Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa had direct beach access also..had a pleasant stay rooms also clean and bed was also huge and comfortable ..but needs little upgrade on wardrobe... Breakfast was tasty but should have more vegetarian options also..Special thanks to Receptionist Erna was very helpful and cheerful also...property was rightly located..near to markets..

It was a very well located Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa with all amenities. Hotel staff was extra nice and cleanliness was very good. It is built like a 5 star Bali Relaxing Resort & Spa and with good buffet breakfast and a fantastic pool and beach view and access.

excellent property, well located in the Nusa Dua area, there are 3 good indian restaurants within walking distance. staff was very friendly, have beach access and good water sports operator is also available on the same beach.

The resort is located in a very good area, lots of indian restaurants around the resort, takes about 45 mins from the airport, has access to the beach with water sports. Breakfast was also good and the staff were very helpful.
