Staff was very good and property also

We had a good stay at Furama Seminyak. Its right next to the beach. We had a studio room, which was well furnished and right by the pool. Breakfast is very good. Its a family oriented hotel, so do expect noise from children, but we quite enjoy that. Its very close to a lot of eating places and market etc. We did find the service a little slow, and even though we had got approval for a late checkout at 1pm, we kept getting calls to vacate the room at noon.

Not a 5 star rating property first of all....rooms maintenance was worse i had to get my room changed room no 115 to 122 at night because ac is not working..when shifted to 122 at nearly 1.30 pm what comes to notice that room 122 had main door lock problem...breakfast also had limited items and tastes average...we are a group of 3 couples..one of my friend from Australia didn't even get a proper room instead of 3 hours waiting and had to shift to grand mercure with in near by...and last comes to bedding...if you are comfortable to sleep on spring based bunjy jumping beds.. It's a perfect option for you....book early asap😭😭😭😭

It was a great stay with amazing service even at late night. Swimming and rooms are very nice. Beach access is just a minute away. 5. 4

Nice property bang on the legian beach. Very big suite rooms. Property amenities good and nice breakfast spread. Fittings and fixtures a bit old and rusty now. But overall good property value for money.

The location of the property was good with huge rooms hall kitchen and bathroom. Also it was just at the beach point with good amenities

The location was very good just opposite to beach and central location.Also the water park was good for kids.However the kids playzone was chargeable.Rooms were also very big and good

Service was really poor, only 1 bathroom in a 2 bedroom suite. Only plus point is the location. Nothing else is good

Location of the property is very good. Legian beach is just opposite of the hotel. And seminyak is just 2-3 mins walk. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suit and room was very good. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. And their indonesian cuisine was also good

Amazing stay at FuramaXclusive…we extended one more day.Beach in front…lndian restaurants nearby…my kids loved surfing lessons just in front of the hotel.Purna the security man is very helpful.😊

Very nice beautiful well settled location property with best beach view

The bathroom door remains open at all times, it does not get locked. When checked with hotel staff, none of the bathroom door has lock. Secondly if that is the case then at least the door needs to stay closed. When with family we cannot let the door be open while bathing or excreting. My stay was for two nights, provides water to drink only once. Rooms are cleaned only alternate days. Floors tiles broken, sofa in the room almost on the verge of getting torn. Overall a bad experience.

Price is too much for this hotel as per room. Rooms are not that good.

Not a wide menu and very few dishes for vegetarians.

The place is little old but the view and access to beach is like literally few steps and across the road. What else you need when you are in bali.

The problem is pictures and the property are very deceptive and the reality is something different. At check in they gave us a studio and tried to say it was a one bedroom which we had booked. After a lot of arguments finally they gave us what we booked for. The property currently going under renovation and there are work going on everywhere it was like living in a construction site. The units are old and they need a lot of maintenance. The service is very slow we asked for an ashtray and they never sent it till we checked out. The bathroom is like you are always in a water puddle as it doesn’t have proper drainage system. The moment you shower water gets stranded everywhere and when we checked in no towels were kept and when enquired about it they said the laundry had not come. We said to them we just now checked in and it should be there. But it was just pathetic that they didn’t have any answers. The only thing was faster was check out process so they can get the rooms faster. Never ever will select a furama as it looks like it’s a con show with pictures and reality.

Clogged washrooms and difficult to lock the room. Smelly fridge, poor breakfast with only fruits for vegetarians. Exorbitant prices for food and drinking water is chargeable

One of the best hotels in seminyak. Good room size good location with near by restaurants the rooms were nice and clean too. The quality of the food is good
