santosh. Checkin was delayed by 7 hours, had to call 6 times to mmt, no proper response or solution provided. No single point contact. Whole thing needed to explain again to new person, all this was done when i was working and in a meeting wasting 2 hours, yet no solution given. Finally checkin was provided when my credit was blocked. This is ridiculous and has taken too much time and mental agony. Checkin was done at 10 pm. Is this some joke. You have lost a loyal mmt customer

radhika.family It is located in one of the best localities of bali. Private access to beach front made our morning and evening walks on the beach blissful. Lot of water bodies within the resort gave it a true holiday gateway feeling. Rooms are not big but quite comfortable. Food in bali in general is fantastic and westen had enough local delicacies on the menu to try them. Overall a great experience to relax and refresh.

balasubramanian v.couple Stayed for 3 nights. Located on the nusa dua beach, the property is good with many restaurants and two swimming pools. They have a shuttle service to a nearby shopping area where there are many restaurants. The rooms don't have that much of view. Overall it is a good beach resort with spa facility.

rahul k.family We stayed in westin bali for 2 days over the weekend and there were many activities planned for the kids like kite flying, movie night etc. They made sure that the kids were engaged throughout the stay. Breakfast spread is decent, had indian options too, which is usually not found in many resorts in bali. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

We stayed at westin nusa dua for two nights. We had booked ocean suite for ourselves, with a private pool. Pros
1) great location
2) helpful staff
3) good food 4) high level of cleanliness cons
1) a tad expensive for the overall package you get
2) private pools are a bit on the deeper end (5 feet throughout. So, if you don't know how to swim, do not go for a private pool room. It would be a waste of money

rahul p.family Very very big and beautiful resort. Very friendly staff. Kids play zone and activities are amazing. And they take best care of kids. They just need to work little more on the indian cuisine and more variety. Rest all was amazing.

Everything great about The hotel, particularly The restaurants, The service, The kids club. Each one of us in The family enjoyed it. The staff is very warm, many restaurants each offering different cuisine, Beach bar, many swimming pools, just everything great about The hotel.
