The stay at Aston Kuta was very comfortable. They arranged for pickup from airport. The rooms are spacious and bed was comfortable. They provided us with enough drinking water free of cost. We reach earlier than checkin time and the rooms were ready. Breakfast buffet could be improved with a bit more vegetarian/ vegan options.

Our stay at Aston was made even more enjoyable by a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded room(premium suit) was very comfortable, and the hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel's location near the airport was very convenient. All necessary facilities were within easy walking distance, making our trip effortless. We highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and prime location.

We stay with family. They have kids cub but don't have games for kids. Swimming pool timing is 6am to 6pm and other hotels have timing till 10 Pm. Poor food quality food.

Breakfast has variety and good. Room size good. Only thing is that they can give either three single beds or one double and a single bed in family rooms instead of a single cot which is not comfortable. Staff behaviour very good. Clean and decent pool.

We are a couple from India, the Hotel rooms are very good, clean, hygienic bathroom, loads of wardrobe space, electronic safe. If you are expecting a good in house food service for lunch or dinner, then don't expect anything special. As there are very remote chances that you will get the things ordered. Either it would be not available or maybe not up to the mark, I Am writing this as I ordered twice, but in vain. Overall just for the stay only, I would recommend this Hotel as it is at a prime location. Just 1. 8kms from Airport (10mins drive). Breakfast has a lot of variety. The food street is at a walkable distance and you can get 3-4 Indian restaurants (if you crave to rejuvenate your taste buds) nearby. Swimming pool of Aston is good. Also, there is a funny part of this Hotel that if you have ordered any room service from the a-la carte, you have to pay right away in cash or card which means it will not be added to your final bill which normally is paid during check-out. This privilege is not available which is very funny.

Stayed for 4 days. The rooms are only good. At the same price other hotels are available with a better location and better rooms. 4.5 star rating is not justified. I would not at all recommend this hotel for honeymoon. The swimming pool was dull.
