The rooms are very small. Our washroom had an issue with water not draining properly. The swimming pool was dirty, and the breakfast spread was limited and unhygienic. However, the staff was helpful.

It is a very big hotel. Multistorey building. Friendly people like whole of bali. Very budget friendly. Wifi has great speed. Food was good, kind of okayish. Probably because i came in the month of saawan so had to eat vegetarian food only. Non veg might be good, but i can't say. Location is very nice. You'll be out at the beach or visiting outside so hotel is very pocket friendly. Go for it.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, facilitating an early check-in. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
