A good resort with good facilities but i had issue with tv and ac also the bathtub drain kept getting stuck daily. Moreover i had booked a pool villa but because of some issues and hotel i was downgraded to another room and i had to wait 3 hours at reception for check in

It was an extremely comfortable stay. Hospitality was amazing. Food was amazing. They have a lot of things you can do to make an occassion special like couple’s photography, cooking classes, free walks and yoga classes, breakfast in the pool and a lot more. The best part of it all was how lush and green the entire property was. Almost magical.

The location is set up nicely away from the hustle bustle of the city. Private villa gives you an ultimate sense of luxury. Very polite staff. Food is amazing. You get to try authentic balinese food here. The highlight is the breakfast. Floating breakfast in your pool is a must have experience. Solid security protocols. The villas are as good looking as advertised. The location is 10 minutes away from Ubud but there is hardly any traffic and they provide 2 scooty on demand for free, which is a big bonus. Food was excellent with several free services like local rice, terrace tour and yoga which make for a perfect experience.
