Location , room amenities was all good . Room service was below par. No one picked the phone and this was communicated on the first day itself but there was no change . Also room service wanted at least 30 minutes wait time before serving food not expected from a 5 star hotel

The hotel is located at Business Bay, There is a Mart just opposite the hotel where you can find your snacks, tea, coffee, whatever you want. The rooms are good enough, and housekeeping is very good. I booked it with the complementary breakfast, it was decentl, not many Indian food options were there,but whatever they offered tastes decent enough. They also have free shuttle bus service to Dubai mall and Kite beach 2-3 times a day, which a very good thing. overall, it was a good experience.

Property is good neat and clean with great view of the city. Breakfast is nice even though the variety is not vast but good taste. For dinner, not that much options but overall taste is good. Staff is good, professional and courteous. Family enjoyed a lot. Free Shuttle service to Dubai mall and Kite beach was a surprise and we utilized it.

The worst stay in my life, the hotel is next to a construction site so lots of dust and loud noises 24/7. I had no choice but to be there for 3 nights before they agreed to refund 1 night stay. Thank me later - Do NOT stay here. You will regret it like me. My whole family including me fell sick due to the dust. You will wake up to noise of clattering windows. The rooms are full of dust.

It was so nice, staffs are so friendly. Neat and very professional. We have stayed two times. Will definitely come back. The staff Ms. Brenda is a gem. She’s having a warm and beautiful smile and very good service.
