Staff are helpful. Indian restaurant is add on for the Indian. Location is very good as all the markets and eateries are in 1 km walking distance.

Room was neat and clean , Indian food are very limited in all the restaurant across Vietnam same with this hotel but it has an excellent location with all the major view points with in 1 to 1.5km also the bie vien walking street for the is very near less than a km walk for night life, only con is they don't provide early check-in but they do have luggage room available for you to keep till check in time or after check out also, over all good experience except early check-in

So disappointed and engaged. There was no power in the Hotel more than 14-15 hrs. It was breathtaking without electricity.

1 day early morning 2am to morning 10am ,no electricity ,,,too horrible Really my first time experience.

Location was excellent, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful special mention of Mr Vinh at the reception

The location of the Hotel is good. But the rooms are very small, almost no space after the bed. Bathroom doors are translucent with no latch. The Indian restaurant at the hotel basement is also just ok.

Staff in Cicilia is very cooperative. Rooms are okay.. We did find some ants too on our beds, which was very surprising and not okay.

The rooms were good , but, small. The staff was helpful. I would surely suggest friends to visit it.

Location of Hotel is Good in the heart of the tourist spots, near to many restaurants, Vast variety of Morning Breakfast with Veg and Non Veg options very tasty breakfast, well maintained property, Beautiful Rooms. Already reviewed and mentioned kindly check posted with photos of the property

Such a pathetic property and staff was very rude. There is a water clogging issue in the room. They didn't even change our room. 0/0 rating.

Very nice stay. They had very good breakfast buffet. Very good behaviour of staff. Would high y recommend this hotel for your stay.

Room size small, located at walking distance from gujarat indian restaurant & main walking street of ho chi minh. Breakfast buffet was good, lot of options available for vegetarians especially.

Had an extremely disappointing experience with cicilia saigon hotel. We had requested a late check out, but they said the rooms we had were already completely booked. This wasn't true as the entire floor was empty till we left after 4 pm. They inconvenienced us by making us move all our luggage to a smaller room charging us 42 dollars for this. I was shocked when the housekeeping staff barged into the room while i was getting dressed without even knocking on the door! when we asked the staff about it they didn't seem very apologetic. Instead they started asking us to pay 50k dong for using water bottles from the rooms we had already checked out of! check out had happened a while back but they waited till the last moment when we were getting late for the flight. Also the entire time the housekeeping trolley was in the narrow corridor right in front of our rooms. Felt like we weren't even in a hotel!

Average property. The property was advertised as a 4-star but is just an average hotel. Location - close to party places and lots of shady spas. Overall convenient location. Grab (app for ride food delivery etc) helps as such to go around. Buffet breakfast- pretty average. The spread is a limited and no live counters even for eggs. You can still survive. Hygiene- neat property but with old beds / mattresses. Staff - pretty helpful staff. General - nobody in ho chi min h city speaks english. Very few people speak english and those who do, they are not very proficient. Two things are must to do before you land - download apps - grab ( for ride and food) and translator.

Room was huge with jacuzzi. Walking street was on the walkable distance. Been thanh market was on 5 minutes distance by taxi. Staff was helpful. Vegetarian choice was less, no names of dishes was displayed. Menu was same on both days.

We booked a suite which was good but reception staff was not very helpful. However, location was nice.

The hotel is at the best location. The breakfast is excellent and service of the staff is very nice and caring
