We had taken room for a family of 3. Room was small. There are few splendid Splendid Hotel & Spas in this area. All sister Splendid Hotel & Spas. Breakfast and spa in sister Splendid Hotel & Spa, 1 km away. Guys from the reception takes us in 2 wheelers to the Splendid Hotel & Spa near beautiful church. We are vegetarians, so we had options of fruits, boiled vegetables, fried rice and veg sandwiches. It’s nice. Perfect location. Spa is also good. Hotel helped us with day tour and guided us well with our crazy shopping fantastic customer service. Hannah, kevin and lucky thank you so much.

Property is nearby to lake and all nearby shops. We can book the Splendid Hotel & Spa just for the receptionist hanna. She was very helpful. If we ask about anything to her she will guide us in a confort way she helped us in currency exchange, halon g bay booking, bike and all other services. Rooms are small but if we are going to spend less time in room this is the best in old district. You can visit note cafe and famous 4p pizza just by 2 mins walk. They cleaned the rooms very neatly daily once again, a Splendid Hotel & Spa with awesome hospitality

We had booked a room at the Splendid Hotel & Spa for 2 nights and upon arrival they told us due to a medical emergency for one of their guests, they couldn’t give us the room. However, they offered a free upgrade to their premium Splendid Hotel & Spa which is nearby and the stay was excellent. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Provided us with all the guidance needed to explore the city. The location is just walking distance from the lake and we had a good time.

Our recent stay at Splendid Hotel Hanoi was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived early in the morning, the staff ensured we felt welcome and comfortable. The hospitality was reminiscent of the warmth and attentiveness we associate with Indian culture. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the décor had a subtle charm that added to the overall experience.

Place is very good for short stay. Clean room, good amenities, helpful and humble staff. Very close proximity to ho-an kiem lake and other attractions. Breakfast is not on the Splendid Hotel & Spa premises, but had to walk around 600 metres to another spot for breakfast arranged by the Splendid Hotel & Spa. That's why 4 star rating.

Ooo I loved staying in this Splendid Hotel & Spa. It’s very conveniently located and the rooms are huge! I was really surprised by how kind and well mannered the ladies working here are. They speak fluent English and regularly check up on guests.
