Wonderful Stay at Acoustic Hotel and Spa Hanoi We stayed at Acoustic Hotel and Spa for 4 nights last week , and we had a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed, which made traveling so much easier and more relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, We especially appreciated that they upgraded us to a bigger room which were super comfortable after long days of exploring Hanoi City. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The location was another big plus—conveniently situated close to old quarter and many attractions, local eateries, and shopping spots, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options to suit different tastes, and the overall value for money was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property

Hotel located in old quater which is one of the best locations, nice clean rooms, staff was very good, polite and very helping. As soon we arrived they gave welcome drink, some freshly cut fruits which was very nice, they also serve afternoon coffee / tea & snacks which was superb experience. We are vegetarian and found breakfast good and lot of varities. They gave us potato fries & fresh fruits, ms. Lyuen who was at restaurant was too good and helped us to get right veg food. Ms km at reception was also very good and guided us well throughout our stay. Overall 5 star service. Must try

This Acoustic Hotel & Spa is conveniently located in the old quarter with many things in walking distance. The Acoustic Hotel & Spa is lovely and the staff is lovelier! Very smooth check in and check out process. We were checking out super early during our stay, the staff was around to help us check out and even packed us breakfast to eat on the way as we had booked a room with breakfast included and would not be able to access that due to our early check out. The rooms are super tiny but very cosy and neat! I definitely recommend everyone give this place a try when visiting Hanoi!

Acoustic Acoustic Hotel & Spa is at a good location staff is very pleasing and helpful. In breadfast they should add at-least one indian dish. Rooma were also spacious and well maintained however room price for single person should be within 4. 5k, 5k was slightly higher. Also as i reached early they should have given me first vacated empty room without any extra charge but they charhed me rs. 2k for my stay from morning 9am to 2pm

the Acoustic Hotel & Spa is located within the famed old quarters, about 45 mins from the airport. it has proximity to all the shopping areas, eating joints and places of entertainment. the room was elegant, spacious and with all amenities of a 4 star Acoustic Hotel & Spa. the staff was really nice and helpful. great stay

The staff is amazing, the rooms are super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It is located at a perfect place. We walked to the train street and also to the ho-an kiem lake 5/5 for a gr 8 stay, affordable price and lovely staff

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa's location is perfect, just outside old quarters. Very warm welcome and support from staff. The rooms are exactly as per photos. Best place to stay in hanoi

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is crowded as it is full of old streets but a centre place.

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was located in the center and the staff were quite welcoming and very courteous. Rooms were good. The only suggestion would be having more vegetarian options in Breakfast buffet.

An excellent Acoustic Hotel & Spa tucked away in the corner of old quarter hanoi, away from the hustle and bustle of the markets but still a stones throw away from them. Recommended and will stay here again
