I must say the experience was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding staff. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level professionalism that will make you feel special. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the staff was a reminder of how customer service should be done — they were attentive without being intrusive, always eager to assist with any request, and seemed genuinely invested in making our visit as enjoyable as possible. The staff truly elevated our experience, making it one that we will remember fondly. A few negatives though, the entry to the hotel is crowded with bikes parked and local vendor selling street food right in front of the entrance. The carpets in the corridors looked old and worn out, would be better if replaced with marble or granite.

Terrible experience at the hotel, before booking this hotel it was showing for early check-in when i reached they refused to give me a room as we dont have room available. Few minutes later a hotel staff came to me. For a room and that will be suite room and not a normal room. I paid that amount and later on they gave me standard room which didn’t even have bathtub and all. I also told them that this isn’t a suite room but the staff keep telling me this is suite room attaching the images of the room you will get to know whether it is normal room or suite. By 1pm i have to left the room as staff and hotel was not good

Cozy place with friendly staff

Good cozy hotel in the center of the city in old quarters area. Close to all the main attractions. The hotel was clean and the room sizes were sufficient. The staff welcomed us with warm wishes and took good care of us. Most of the staff could speak english. They went out of the way some times to make our stay restful. I would go back again.

Excellent Stay

Our stay with imperial hotel & spa was amazing. Staff were superb helpful. We forgot our iphone charger and they were kind enough to give us the same for 4 days. Also, helped us book the taxi to incense village and to the airport. Location is also perfect. We would recommend this place highly.
