hotel se hum mange ki weight karne ka machine do wolog bola ki dusra ka room mai hai toh lakar denge phir call kiye toh wolog bola nahi la paenge aap ek kaam karo niche paisa de kar weight kar lo Phir mujhe paisa daal ke weight karna para apna luggage.. aur iska video bhi hai mere pas

Great place at a good location

The hotel was newly renovated. Good for families and solo travellers. It's close to adcb metro and burjuman metro however tout need to book a taxi. Taxis are easily available. All the shopping areas like bur dubai and karma are also close by.

Stay was ok, reception was not helpful, housekeeping staff not cleaning room properly. All bathroom and kitchen not cleaned properly. Everyday you have to demand water bottles. No food facilities available at hotel. All you have to purchase from outside. Not even taxi service available for airport.

Location and room is good. But cleaning is disaster. Too much dust in the floor. Balcony is full of dust. And they didn't provide door mats for main door and bath room. Other things are very good fascilites.

As they hv changed the room, which i hv seen in photos, i hv seen three bed, while i have confirm the room, but i got only two bed there as well as not up to mark service from staff, i will never preferred this hotel again, if possible than i shall take refund my amount.

Room is good but service is bad as receptionist at night have no responsibility to manage their guest as i have booked a room for 3 members but not received third bed so how can stay for 4 days in such situation and no proper reply from housekeeping for asking toiletries and other items

Location is very accessible to metro train, shops. Staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the kitchen equipment so old you cannot read the label you have to guess how to use.
