Convenient Location, But Disappointing Food Experience

Location: 5/5 One of the standout features of this property is its prime location. It's very well-connected, with easy access to metro and bus services, making commuting around the city a breeze. Additionally, it's just a short walk away from Ibn Battuta Mall, which is perfect for shopping, dining, or just spending leisure time. Room & Amenities: 3.5/5 The hotel offers the essential amenities you'd expect—such as a swimming pool and a gym—which are clean and functional. The room was decently maintained and comfortable for a short stay. However, there was nothing particularly luxurious or unique to set it apart from standard business hotels. Food & Dining: 2/5 This was the most disappointing aspect of my stay. The in-room dining menu is overpriced, and unfortunately, the quality of the food does not justify the cost. Breakfast is another letdown, with a very limited menu that lacks variety and appeal. If food is a major part of your hotel experience, you may want to explore dining options outside the property. 1st stay in - avani ibn batuta

Location is good being next to the mall and metro. But it’s far away from dubai city. Either you will be forced to take cabs which are very expensive (120aed to dubai mall or 87aed to mall of emirates) and likewise. Food options on hotel menu are very limited for indians. Breakfast menu & choices are very limited again. Live kitchen forgets your order. I never got my omelette, lol. Rooms are decently clean. Tea pot was not clean. There’s no presupply of dental or shaving lit in the room. Sink is the partition between the bed and washroom which was adventurous & funny. Housekeep room service is relatively fast - water bottles, dental kit etc. Once you have called for comes in little waiting. There’s no view from the hotel, i was on 17th floor out of 21 they had - and it’s only industrial view. Reception isn’t fast to check in. Staff are courteous. Cooling in the hotel room is good. But breakfast area is very warm to eat comfortably - in august month. It’s an okay property for the money you spend. But i won’t prefer staying here primarily for the location. Doesn’t make any sense when jumeira beach, dubai downtown and mall of emirates are that far away. Also. Don’t expect any food if it’s past midnight - very difficult for indians to fit in the food offering zone if the hotel.

It’s a nice experience of 2 nights with my family. My kids were happy & enjoyed in the pool. Since Dubai climate was so hot, this hotel location was very easy to access the IBN Battutha Mall & Metros. Breakfast options can be more better & tasty. Specially Sri Lankan staffs were so friendly (Ms. Asheni ❤️)

The staffs is very polite, and the rooms are neat and clean. However, the bathroom flush in room 506 is not working sometimes, and the tv has a black shade at the bottom.
