Average hotel in main area with all basic amenities at one place. Good to stay for long durations. The staff is good except one indian lady who was bit harsh in terms of any adjustments. I wrongly mentioned my sons age 12 years since he completed 13 two months back. In this case, she charged 100 aed extra per day for putting an extra bed that we don't need.

Reasonable hotel near market area. The hotel staff, particularly one lady was not that cooperative and money minded. I accidentally put my son's age 12 years, but he completed 2 months back. She charged me 100 aed per night just for extra bed that i don't want.

Overall the stay was ok but couldn't sleep as there was bed bugs and itching very badly. I had very detailed bite marks on my hand and legs like chicken pox. Also faced small cockroches in the wash area and near the bed. So please check on the cleanliness

Location of the property is good. The verity in breakfast was much below than average. Fruit and juice quality was not good at all. The biggest shock is that hotel do not provide daily complementary drinking water bottle if the room is booked
