I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. From the beginning, the reception staff showed a negative and unprofessional attitude. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, they were and unfriendly. I was told that I would be given another room after one day, which sounded reasonable at first. However, when I went to the reception to follow up, the staff not only refused to help but also spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in hospitality, where guests expect at least basic courtesy and professionalism. What should have been a comfortable stay turned into an unpleasant experience simply because of the behavior at the front desk. Due to this, I cannot recommend this place to others, and I will definitely not be returning in the future.

no wifi, no security mean no locks on doors, night staff was terrible, the don’t provide me door key card they said they don’t have. no towels in washrooms, no glass or cup in room, so many cockroaches 🪳 on bed and walls on floor very terrible. 😞. we didn’t sleep whole night
