The room was good, clean and newly built. Services were good. The staff at the front desk in the morning shift was very rude and ruined the initial experience for us at the ريزيدنس إن من ماريوت، شارع الشيخ زايد. We asked for a room with a view and he gave us the worst possible view room with parking infront, even though other rooms were available. He also gave us a smoking room while we had asked for a non smoking room and later asked us to shift and kept calling us continuously. They were also making fun of the people at the reception. The receptionist was and other one was his seniorThis was not expected at a marriott ريزيدنس إن من ماريوت، شارع الشيخ زايد and that too in a cosmopolitan city.

The stay was awesome. This property is very close to financial centre metro station just 50 metres away. We took 2 nol metro cards and visited every place by metro. It was very cheaper than cab. The room was an apartment 1 bhk like own kitchen and bedroom, living room separate. Care-em food delivery is allowed. Breakfast was decent. Overall nice place and awesome location. We will visit next time for sure. Deposit fee was 500 aed received by card at check in and refunded by 5 days after check out to my card.
