Affordable and worthy stay hotel

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The room is clean although already old and quite small. There is no tea or coffee provided which is available even for 2 or 3 star hotels. But they are generous in giving water bottles which guests can ask anytime

The property location was perfect i like the location, check in experience it was great. I was stay room no 206, at night it was bed experience because of music sound come into the room we couldn't sleep whole night.

Location is very good. It's close to metro and bus stops. Staff is good. No food arrangement was there. The hotel has terribly aged. Everything is sagging and needs serious exhaustive renovation.

I had a pleasant experience here very close to al rigga metro i was so scared initially as reviews are horrible but i decided to give it a try personally and i must say it was good. I got room at 5th floor 502, so no noise peace receptionist are rude no doubt always call hotel and booking agency before check in as i faced trouble initially for checkin as in the hotel system my booking was not shown so i have to call regarding this issue of not checking me in. They don't have more rooms so forget about early check-in even if you are ready to pay fee extra always book flight according to hotel check in time because early flight and then no room in city is tiring you will be served with free 2 bottles of water by room service rest 3 dhms pay for each i will give best marks to room service best they were hotel don't provide food so always figure out at nearby restaurants it was clean and peaceful so yes book if you can stay at moderate furniture because hotel is old

Our customer have a worst experience with this hotel staff of the hotel is worst. Rooms in the hotel is smell alot, there is no light in the room as mostly lights and switch were damaged while complaining the staff no solution will be provided by staff. In addition the hotel charges 150 dirhams extra at hotel and vat extra,

The hotel room 701 was terrible. There was a portion of the door panel which fell apart. The shower room door panel was also falling apart. The temperature control in the room was also non functional. Overall a terrible experience.
