fundee is not a hotel… it’s lodge or hostel.definitely it’s not a family stay. my family suffered there. no doubt location is plus point and area is very good. after raising concerns staff helped at their best.

Terrible Stay

There were mosquitoes and mice in the room. First we weren't able to sleep because of the mosquitoes. The receptionist offered us mosquito cream to live in that pathetic room. And then the mice made so much sound later in the night that it woke us up and made it impossible to sleep. Worst ever room and it was mmt assured room. Never ever trust this useless mmt assurance because they just promise to help in case you face any issues but they don't actually help you or refund your money.

Hote Fundee has the most suitable location to be in Phuket . Very close to walking street in Patong beach. Has neat rooms . Good Wi-Fi connection . The staff is prompt and helpful. There are many restaurants which serve world cuisine. Has utility stores like Family store at stones throw distance for basic needs.

Kitchen was closed during our stay, even tea and coffee was not available. For mineral water bottle also we had to remind every day. Staff was just okay but definitely not very supportive. Request to make taxi available on payment for transfer to airport from hotel met with resistance but some how made available at higher cost.

At the right location, at the right price and with all the right facilities. Real good WiFi and great staff. The rooms are well appointed, clean and with all basic amenities. Bang in the middle of the party district with everything within walking distance. Kata and Karon areas are just a 15 minutes drive.
