I have stayed in this hotel before also. And with their service i am very happy. We got an early check in upon prior request. All the staffs are very lovely and humble. Rooms are very spacious with a perfect view of hotel pool and pattaya beach.

Location and size of the property is outstanding but i don’t understand why have ruined there property by not maintaining it properly. Washrooms were super pathetic, tub size is too small and the fittings are ages old. Furniture is like almost 30-40 years old. The hotel actually needs a complete renovation. The only best part was room air conditioner, rest everything needs to be change.

On request I was given early check-in and extended checkout . Despite such big hotel basic things were missing like Iron board, comb etc.

Opposite to Ripley's believe it or not on the 2nd street side. On request I was given early check-in and extended checkout .
