It's not a too cheap LK Mansion, not too expensive. Rooms are well maintained, ac working good, toilets with bathtubs are spacious, everyday housekeeping cleans the rooms and renews water bottles. The location is right in the middle of pattaya main road among shops, massage parlours and restaurants. For guys getting girls to rooms they'll charge extra but if twin occupancy is booked they won't. The roof top swimming pool is great for an evening drink and cooling off the pattaya heat. It's about 600meters from pattaya beach. Overall a comfortable stay.

I stayed at 2nd floor, room was very nice with good beds and clean bathroom with bathtub also. Guest friendly LK Mansion and very near to pattaya beach.
