Aya Boutique Hotel, Pattaya – Great Location, Average Stay The hotel scores full marks for location — just 50 meters from the beach and within walking distance of most of Pattaya’s key attractions like Ripley’s, Mike Shopping Mall, Beach Road, the Night Market, and Walking Street. However, the property itself feels a bit dated. Rooms are decently sized but the linen looked quite worn out. The staff was courteous and helpful, which is always a plus. I didn’t try the in-house restaurant, so can’t comment on the food quality. The gym, unfortunately, is more of a formality — a few machines in poor condition, not sure if they even work properly. Overall, if you’re looking for a well-located, value-for-money place just to sleep and freshen up between beach runs and nightlife, Aya fits the bill. But if you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel, you might want to explore better options nearby.

The location and area is good. 300 mts walk to the famous Beach Road. 7-Eleven is also close by. Other famous places that can be covered by walk is Walking Street, Central, Plenty of Money Exchange points. A Good restaurant is just next to the hotel. Also plenty of space outside the hotel for casual night walk. Overall a pleasant experience.

Worst experience ever and poor wifi

I have stayed many times in this property but this time the experience was worst. Staff was totally unsupportive & rude. Wifi issue was like ice on the cake, it wasn't working at all. After many reminders still the issue was not resolved. Receptionist, housekeeping and other staff was too rude.
