A comfortable stay with decent amenities. Friendly staff. Sufficient and tasty breakfast spread. The rooms have been recently modified and looks good with bathtub.

Nice place to stay, peaceful and calm. With good room service and spacious rooms.

Very poor room with basic amenities missing. Staff is not helpful at all and they do not care about any issue you have. We had booked a 3 night stay and we checked out after two nights and booked another hotel

Looks like some work is going on, early morning before we wake up there is banging sound like somebody doing some renovation above 10th floor, we stayed in 1007 for 2 night

Make my trip is cheater. It wasn't a hotel i booked. It was a covid hospital. And make my trip never payed my money back. So dont book on make my trip.

Amazing view. The staff and with all the facilities like gym, sauna, swimming pool. It made my stay memorable and happening. Looking forward to be back to this hotel. please try it and I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Breakfast could have been better in variety.

Nice location, close to Lumpini subway, few minutes walk to silom. Quite a few restaurants options close by for quick meal. Above all a very open minded and friendly hotel.

I have been staying here for year's except for couple of occasions when I decided to try out other places at Siolim. Pinnacle rooms are spacious, breakfast has variety especially if you eat everything and location is just couple of minutes walk from Lumpini subway, which makes it easy to access various places including Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Early check after 8 am. Arranged cab from hotel to office. Breakfast is good. Room ambiance are excellent. Cleanliness 5/5. Breakfast if not included in package will cost extra. Swimming size to small with 4 to 5 feet deep. Hotel restaurant food not too costly. Location is great. Since Lumpini station MRT is 3 minute walking from hotel. Can reach Sukhumit in 15 minute.

They didn’t gave me king bed instead of that they gave me two bed as we are couple they would have to understand that staff was very rude and also told us to pay extra for early check in and also the breakfast was not up to the standards and service was so terrible staff specifically was so rude to us.

Loved everything about the hotel, however the breakfast though lavish and good for everyone, does not have any changes in the menu, I had the same breakfast for 4 days with no change. Even the variant of juice did not change.

Nothing for indian people in breakfast they have only verity for local travellers. Bathroom flush was not working cupboard door was broken and safe was also in very bad condition we was not able to keep our valuable item. Only staff was good other than saty was horrible. Bed was also very uncomfortable. I would like to give 1star for the property.

Was a nice experience with basic amenities, all within the range including the MRT subway system and Skytrain. Malls within range. Overall it was a wonderful time we spent.

Nice hotel with 15 floors in the heart of Bangkok near Lumphini garden and MRT. Breakfast is continental, somehow managed vegetarian food as some options. It has a steam and sauna room near the pool. A well equipped gym. Staff is excellent. Luggage facilities available. 7/11 is 100 metres. Good stay.

After some great hospitable days in Phuket and Krabi, the staff we met in this Hotel was not at all courteous. Pretty rude I must say for the industry they serve. Not recommended in case you are looking for the original Thai hospitality and smiling faces. An average stay.

Everything is awesome great to be there

Hotel is overall OK but food is not that expected.

The Hotel is 2-3 km away from Sukhumvit Road. We booked a no breakfast room assuming that their will be plenty of options outside, but their were hardly any restaurants nearby. The rooms did not have enough plug points. Also, the term deluxe room is a misnomer. It was a basic room and was not as per the pictures shown on the website. Basic amenities like body lotion and conditioner were not provided. The pool is really small. The Hotel is quite an old property and as soon as you enter, the lobby area stinks. Furniture's at the Hotel are very old. Altogether, it was not a good stay. I will not recommend this property.
