I stayed with my family for four days and our stya was very comfortable. Hotel is located at a very convenient spot with respect to conveyance, metro station is at walking distance. Many touristic locations are close by including 7/11s. Overall it was very experience, good food, friendly staff and awesome location

The staff was very helpful too. The only negative features were the room size - queen size beds + no view from the room. Also the breakfast buffet was average even though staff again was very helpful. If you’re a vegetarian you may struggle with the breakfast.

Holiday inn express siam is located just next door to the main shopping areas of bangkok. Which makes it very attractive for visitors wanting to do lots of shopping. Besides the rooms are very comfortable, service is excellent and to top it up the hotel serves a sumptuous breakfast included in the room rate.

Excellent location- close to the metro and in close to chatuchak and other locations. Lots of eating places around. Mcdonald’s in the Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam complex which the kids loved. The staff was very helpful too. The only negative features were the room size - queen size beds + no view from the room. Also the breakfast buffet was average even though staff again was very helpful. If you’re a vegetarian you may struggle with the breakfast.
