Room was quite smelly when we entered. Coffee mugs were not unwashed, there were no spoon to prepare tea or coffee in room. Reception staff was bit rude will checking in. Breakfast spread was very limited (no indian food) and cafeteria staff was not friendly to indian guest.

Misunderstood it to be the chain of hotels, hotel tried to charge for the consumables of the bar. On checking the had to reverse. They then charged half day for checking out half hour late

Room is good but overall hotel is okay. They don't have city view from roof top as they are mentioning it in description. Also service is not up to the mark. They don't offer any welcome drink or even glass of water. After checking out in morning I kept luggage in store room. When I came back in evening I requested a glass of water at reception. They were looking at each other like I requested a very precious thing from them. Then instead of calling restaurant they asked to go to bar and get water. When I reached at bar, lady asked to me to buy water bottler which was very costly. This kind of response is not expected from such five star rating hotel.

The rooms were nice. The location was in a very congested area so approaching by taxi was a nightmare, thanks to traffic jams. The sky train is about 10 minutes walk which is very convenient. Breakfast was OK. Very limited items unlike the spread in other 5 star hotels in Bangkok.
The windows overlooked a garage. This was not good as curtains had to be kept drawn at all times.

If you don't carry enough of the local currency, you are dead. The hotel will NOT help you even if you have a credit card. Very strange.

Good stay but Indian food available at 1.5 km from hotel.
Room not worth, you can get much better facilities, not even clean, we have to change the room as there were insects all over.

Location is very poor, we have to walk more than 300 meters to come on main road also no proper signage are there auto and taxi drivers not familiar with the hotel so it's difficult to find it every time metro station too far.
Room was OK but the behavior of staff is very bad, they cheated us and there was no one to listen our problems.

The first shock we got on arrival, was when the hotel insisted on 2000 Baht deposit as security. The reason they do not trust their customers to pay for room service or minibar. I asked them to show in writing this rule either in the voucher or even in the hotel rules. They made us wait for two hours. When I asked them to contact MMT for discussion, they just sat tight, denying the keys, till I threatened to call my friends in Diplomatic corps. They cleared the mini bar and denied outside hotel calls or provide room service except when I pay in cash. I lost half a day of sight seeing in Bangkok due to the hotel misdemeanour's. Further I was informed that only two water bottles and two room teas were complimentary I have to pay for additional water and tea bags. For the rest we have to pay exorbitant charges. It left a bitter taste. We decided not to eat hotel food except breakfast and bought food stuff and a new local sim card from a nearby shop of 7X11 store. Strangely the hotel has no idea about the local events for guests. Taxi charges were steep and they could not book taxis on meter basis. Our room was facing brick wall of the next building. There was no pleasant view from the window. Their room cleaning service left a lot to be desired. Spilled tea spots on the table on 8th were still there on 10th when we checked out.. Please ensure to take up the issues with this hotel before booking.
