Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel

One of the best hotel I stayed in Bangkok during my trip. The chief here is very good. Every food is very tasty from what I ordered. The hotel staff are also polite and friendly with customers. I’ll visit again when I come back

Stay was ok. Breakfast was not at all suitable for Vegetarian guys though they had Indian restaurant in their premises. Staff was also not so courteous

Hotel is great. Located within the market area. Easily accessible. Hotel staff is very polite, they have few options for vegetarians in their menu. Overall stay was nice at the property.

location is good 10 mins walk to sky station but services at the hotel are average they also take a deposit while checking in which gets refunded when checking out daryaganj restaurant in hotel had food there which was average for the prices they charge house keeping is slow

We stayed for 3 nights. My husband is vegan and the staff was quite accommodating of him during the breakfast buffet. The room was quite comfortable but lacked any views. The in-house restaurant Daryaganj made us feel right at home. Must visit place for everyone visiting Bangkok

Location is very good and convinent for Metro /market locations Good food in breakfast and staffs has very quick in response and kind.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worthy of the Radisson Name I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, which fell far below the standards one expects from the Radisson group. To start with, the hospitality was extremely poor. The staff seemed indifferent and unaccommodating. My room was supposed to be on the 7th floor, but I was demoted to a dark, poorly lit room on the 4th floor because of a wedding party being hosted on the original floor. This was done without any prior notice or apology, and the new room was clearly inferior. The cleaning standards were terrible, with the room not properly cleaned on the 2 nd day of stay and housekeeping being consistently late. For families, it was even worse – there was no milk available for my child, and no effort was made to resolve this issue. The breakfast was a huge letdown, with no vegetarian options at all, which is unacceptable for a hotel catering to a diverse group of guests. On top of that, the room lighting was so poor it made the space feel gloomy and uncomfortable. Overall, this stay was far below expectations and has honestly brought a bad name to the Radisson hotel group. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously, because right now, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Great staff, Clean and hygenic rooms. Least breakfast options. Prefer delux rooms as superior rooms has least space if you are considering family

Good hotel location good but no indian breakfast. Jacuzzi not working for all five days of my stay. Spacious clean room with all amenities. Nice daily housekeeping. Staff very good and helpful specially zonia at reception, antonio and q vi at concierge. A pleasent stay with hassle free check in and out. A very expensive indian restaurant nearby. 7/11 at a walking distance of 4 mins n many massage parlours on street so good amenities, staff n location but no food.

The property is good. Very good room. Amazing staff to welcome at reception. Most importantly, all the staff speaks english. Good location near to buts and other prime hot spots to visit

Had a wonderful time at this property. Was neat and clean. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was awesome too.

There are better hotels at the same location in a similar price. The staff was unprofessional. Checkin was delayed by 2 hours and the hotel did not even feel like a 2 star.
