Siam@SiamDesign Bangkok...... Perfect in every sense.....just few hundred meters from everything u need in Bangkok.....MBK,7-eleven,Siam Square,etc are just few mins of walk away..... The heritage n quirkiness of the lobby,rooms r great.....Service of staff is spot on.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay again! I will come back and stay at Siam@Siam Design any day! Their restaurants are great, sumptuous breakfast, wide variety of fusion options and lovely decor.

Hotel was at best location, walking distance from SIAM Centre , excellent view from rooms & swimming pool and best breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located about 450m from MBK & 850m from Siam Paragon. The Banthat Thong Rd night market is not too far away. It's opposite a Stadium but that didn't cause any trouble/noise. Staff is pleasant, rooms are decent but the hotel is showing its age and needs some upgrades. Overall quite a pleasant stay as we upgraded to a higher category room on check-in. Found the original room dark and smaller.

We mostly stay in other hotels in this area but somehow this was the best stay in thus area. Breakfast has good options and taste and is good. Almost all staff was super friendly and housekeeping does a very good job. Lifts can be a bit faster

Title: Disappointing Experience: Avoid This Hotel I recently stayed at Siam@Siam, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was overwhelmed by a cacophony of odors from an overpowering perfume, creating an uncomfortable and rowdy atmosphere. The staff at the reception seemed disinterested and unhelpful, with one even refusing to provide a basic necessity like water by saying sorry we don’t have water. 😆 The room itself was dismal, reminiscent of a jail cell with minimal ventilation and dingy surroundings, including iron bars on the walls. It felt claustrophobic and unwelcoming, far from the relaxing atmosphere one expects from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the hotel surroundings were plagued by tuk-tuk drivers who aggressively pressured guests to visit nearby shops, only to disappear once they had convinced you to go. It felt like a scam, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at Siam@siam. The lackluster service, uncomfortable accommodations, and shady surroundings make it a regrettable choice. Save your money and sanity by looking elsewhere for accommodations in the area

Everything was spot on. Right from the check in, to the check out. The view from the hotel room was fantastic. The staff was kind enough to hold on to our luggage before we checked in and even after we checked out as we had a few hours left before we left for the airport. Special mentions to gabriel who helped us plan our entire day out! thank you gab e for taking time out and helping us make an unknown city feel like we know it well. ) also, great location. Everything from the buts stations to convenience stores to malls are within walking distance. It's a no-brainer. Book this place!

The stay was great. The ambience, the food were amazing. Staff were courteous and helpful. We booked a deluxe family room which was quite spacious and view of the stadium and national stadium bts from the room was cherry on cake.

Found room interior very gawd y & claustrophobic. So shifted to other room on 10 floor. Which was recently renovated, it was good. Overall hotel is clean reception staff during check in was extremely annoying. Rest all staff were ok the, concerige was very helpful. Breakfast was just plain spread was poor & same every day. Convenient location near m bk & sim mall.

Nice location and nice facilities

We were there for an official trip for two nights and this place is a gem. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is great. The location is fantastic - two minutes walk from the metro and easily accessible by taxis. The staff is warm and helpful.

Peoples there, are so perfect you don’t even have to say anything they are always ready in seconds.

Pros: good location, 2-3 min wilt to buts station, near to popular shopping malls and couple of restaurants, general store. Hotel was clean, good vibe. Food not tasted as very few to no options for vegetarians. Cons: reception staff was not very welcoming, we reached in midnight just for reference. Reception asked for credit card details to be stored i questioned why so as we payed full and it was not mentioned anywhere during their booking. Then he told rudely ok then you can't order room service and have to pay on spot at restaurant. It was strange as they could have mentioned it like some of other hotels have it's not our mistake and we could have selected another hotel. Blackout for 1-2 hours in midnight all lights gone for rooms and helpdesk phone was not working. Apparently they had put phone aside so pp l can't call. Not a professional behaviour at all.

Siam design is the best hotel to stay within the city. It is right in the action of the city and near bts. Hotel itself is so beautiful, interiors are done so tastefully that one feels like staying in hotel all the time. Infinity pool at 11th floor is cherry on top. Loved it, would come back again.

The hotel was close to m bk & sim mall. The buts was 2 min walk from the hotel. The rooms had amazing city view. The food was great and the hospitality was awesome.

The wi-fi facility is not working in the room. I have asked multiple times but no one looked into the issue. The room is pretty small and the amount which i paid is really not worth. Please keep the basic facilities well maintained for all customers. Thank you!
