Amazing, amazing stay! Will definitely come back!

We stayed here for a week and the stay was incredible! What a location to stay at! All the massage salons, markets, tuk tuk stand, Indian restaurants, Indra mall, Platinum mall everything is at walking distance only! The rooms were so so spacious! What a welcoming surprise that! Hot water, toiletries everything was on point! Bedsheets were so neat and clean! Super soft beds! Lighting of the room was fantastic ! The best part was - they have a weighing scale! You can always wight your bags to see if you could do more shopping! Super impressed! The reception staff is also so so warm and welcoming! Loved every bit of the stay. Their Wifi is also superb! The only things is that - they don't have bellboys during the day. You have to carry your own luggage - which is not a hassle tbh. But they do have bellboy during the night. Which is sensible! I am definitely coming back to Thailand and staying here soon! And will recommend everyone the same!

Very good location specially for people who are on a business trip. Shopping center, pan tip plaza, platinum mall, street shopping everything at just 5-7 minus walk.

The location is ideal. No staff understand English.
As there was no soda opener, I requested the receptionist to arrange. He advised me to take from the neighboring hotel. Again next day requested for the same he advised me to open in instruments available in the room.

This is a budget hotel . . Here's what's good:. Nice clean room. The room is cleaned everyday . Nice location. Close to Rachathewi sky train station. Just one station away from Siam Center . Here's what I personally think should improve:. WiFi - very slow !!! And stops working in the evening . Ambience is OK. Kind of old and needs some maintenance work . There are other similar budget hotels with better rooms that I saw for the same price.

Pathetic hotel. I had booked double sharing however was given twin sharing. I has not even informed that double sharing was not available. WiFi was not working at all. Location wise hotel is inside the lane.

Room Service was very poor. Hot Kettle was not present. No towel service was given. Staff was not cooperative. Very poor service. Overall staff is not good. They are not behaving familiar to the guest. Staff Should change their attitude. Very disappointing staff.

In previous years I was frequent guest of this hotel but now a days so many new staff has appointed. They are not friendly even not behaving well too. This hotel is little near by shopping complexes. Not providing proper breakfast too.

Worst hotel service I have never seen. Never recommend to anyone. They don't coprate you at all. They don't have talking sense talk rudely with Indian. AC does not work in waiting area. They don't ask for water even. No welcome drink
