The location was unbelievable. Just get down and start shopping. Adjacent building Platinum, Opp Prathunam and Indira Square. You don't need to take a taxi anytime. The Executive Suit was the best stay, very clean and spacious with an unbelievable balcony overlooking the full market area.

The staff at the hotel was very courteous and helpful, which we truly appreciated. However, our stay was uncomfortable due to some issues. The AC was not functioning properly, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes and cockroach in the room, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, since the hotel hosts Indian guests, it would be great if there were more Indian food options available on the menu. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Diamond suites even tha staffs n all were very helpful and the amenities were good and the location is perfect and Inwas travelling with nub12 year daughter so everything was just perfect n as our flight was later at night we even got an extension after paying an extra charge

Here’s a review: grand diamond منتجع دايموند كليف وسبا ـ SHA Extra Plus is incredible. It’s safe, comfortable, private, and well-located. Their breakfast buffet is delicious. And they’re located adjacent to the platinum mall, so if you're down for a shopping spree, this is the place to go.

The location was unbelievable. Just get down and start shopping. Adjacent building Platinum, Opp Prathunam and Indira Square. You don't need to take a taxi anytime. The Executive Suit was the best stay, very clean and spacious with an unbelievable balcony overlooking the full market area.

a bit outdated & smelly carpets. everything else were too good, suite rooms just beside platinum mall at such affordable rates are too good. the staff are very cooperative & supporting.
