the hotel doesn't exist. they have collaboration with hilton and sent us to the hilton hotel within airport premises only. during this process i contacted makemytrip for payment transfer issue and they were quick in resolving it so appreciate it. coming to hilton hotel, it was good. but request to makemytrip to remove this hotel from their listing as it unnecessary causes inconvenience specially in abroad countries.

USP of the hotel was large rooms and nearness to the airport. The breakfast spread was below average. There was no cut fruit or choice of spreads and eggs. There is a shuttle that transfers to the airport on a chargeable basis. 5 CHF per person. But the lady at the welcome desk was a bit rude in mentioning that it is on a first come first served basis even after buying the ticket she cannot confirm the time as people from other Hilton Hotel also sit on the bus. Found her a bit curt. However, the shuttle was okay. There was no kettle in the room and no toiletries except bathing liquid. Considering it was a three-star hotel. No glasses in the room for drinking water even. The tin size was quite big with a separate sofa bed. And a small balcony too attached to the room. Overall okay for stay for the night but not good to spend time.

Lovely hotel very close to the airport a 10-minute walk to the tram station but in Switzerland that’s fine. Very spacious and clean rooms it’s not a full-fledged hotel but you can use Hilton facilities which are superb Also you get free e-bikes to go for joy rides it’s far from the city but very close to the airport. I like the vibe to the place minimal but classy so I would definitely recommend as even the price is very attractive, yes, location is the only thing I wish could be closer to the tram station, as I have stayed in other hotels which very close to the tram stop, but I guess you can’t have it all I still would go ahead and recommend the hotel breakfast again was minimal but I am not a foodie so did not really make a difference.

Awesome time spent at beautiful location and cooperative staff. Immediately received ZVV travel pass which made our travel very easy. As we had only few hours of evening to roam Around in Zurich. We were told about the beautiful attractions and location with map By which it became memorable short duration trip for us. Thanks a lot for the hospitality

Average Hotel and poor front office zero points for courteousness

Although the hotel is close to the airport and rooms are big but the some of the basic things that you expect from a hotel was missing. Like front office is very blunt and rude for almost every request and something as basic as a glass of water. When my kid asked for water to the front office lady she said you can't ask water here. Go back to your room and have. How's that for courteousness in a hospitality industry. Apart from that breakfast spread was pathetic and they said it will be kept till 10.30 am on Weekend and when we arrived for breakfast at 9. 30 am almost everything was over and the guy from the kitchen said sorry but I got confused with the time and so I threw the items or keep it away. So I can't help. Bed sheet we're stained and looked like blood marks. Which was disgusting and shocking when they say that they are a Hilton property. Overall will never stay in this Hotel if at all I go back to Zurich.

Lovely Apart-Hotel Zurich Airport very close to the airport a 10-minute walk to the tram station but in Switzerland that’s fine. I like the vibe to the place minimal but classy so I would definitely recommend as even the price is very attractive, yes, location is the only thing I wish could be closer to the tram station, as I have stayed in other Apart-Hotel Zurich Airports which very close to the tram stop, but I guess you can’t have it all I still would go ahead and recommend the Apart-Hotel Zurich Airport breakfast again was minimal but I am not a foodie so did not really make a difference.
