Rooms were good. But extremely poor service. Water is only given during check in time. No water is given on subsequent days even if you have a stay for 4-5 days. Rooms are not cleaned by room service. Only towels are changed. Iron is not provided in room. Bedsheet are not changed everyday. Washrooms are also not cleaned everyday.

Thank you the hotel was overall good. The hotel is just next to the Tram station convenient to travel to airport or to main Zurich HB. They have a luggage storage facility which can be helpful if you arrive early in the day.

Location of novotel messe airport zurich was ideal , but damp smelling rooms made our stay much below other days in Switzerland adding up with lack of conditioning & faulty conditioner , which took 4 hrs to motivate hospitality lacking reception staff who changed our room at 10 pm . Renovations are adding to mess in the campus. Definitely I wouldn't stay at a place like this , in this era when people have shifted to wooden or marble or tile flooring Worst stay of 49 years of my travelling

There was no shuttle like mentioned. The hotel is under renovations, there is no reception and the breakfast area is a hall , overall a very average experience. The staff also not at all polite.

Location is very near to Zurich Airport…FAMILY ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS….Excellent service..We had lot of luggage so they permitted early check in with 1 room..Bathrooms are very spacious and maintained..Staff was very cooperative..

My stay at Novotel Hotel Messe near Zurich Airport was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. The hotel was undergoing heavy renovation, yet it was still accepting guests, which it absolutely should not have. The least the hotel should have done is displaying a notice that it is under renovation in booking sites, so nobody books this. The facilities were in complete disarray: the reception was a makeshift setup, far from professional or welcoming. The restaurant was closed, leaving no dining options, and the elevator was a construction lift, completely unsuitable for guests. Pathways were designed for labor movement, making navigation hazardous and inconvenient for hotel guests. Breakfast tables were empty with no basic cutleries or mats! When asked for Fruit, the response was IT GOT OVER with no further explanation! The overall experience was chaotic and pathetic—avoid this hotel until renovations are fully completed!

Bad experience. Unfriendly behaviour at reception Especially to foreigners . Hotel demands 50 chf/room/ night as deposit stating it as caution deposit if guests damage or break but such deposits cannot be a per-night charge which is weird .No staff to move luggage. Guests have to carry through small corridors and lifts. Hotel is under renovation. limited breakfast options.

Rude staff, No where close to 4 star hotel

Only positive about Hotel is it is close to Tram station and Airport, if you go at night it is hard to find reception, person at the reception at night during check in was very rude, on confirmation voucher it was clearly mention that security deposit will be 100 chf but he started demanding 200 chf, even water in minibar was not available they have kept 4 bottle of Soda inspite of asking them to replace multiple time no action was taken, breakfast lacks supply first few days fruit was not available, then restaurant was not having brown bread, very far from zurich main station, at night even tram doesn’t come to hotel
