Wrong category room provided and no help from MMT Support tea

Wrong category room provided and Make My Trip support team not helping for the same. Had to sleep on the floor despite giving for room for 1 night. Booking done via different vendor at the backend most likely Expedia. Please refrain international hotel bookings via Make My Trip as these hotels use to say they don't know any MMT

Centrally located to the main Station, chapel bridge and almost all the Key sightseeing places. The rooms are very spacious with a beautiful view from the gallery. However, we did feel a bit stuffy with only a small table fan in this large room. But everything seems little when you have such a warm and helpful staff always willing to serve with all their heart. Definitely, a must stay if you are in Luzern!

Nice Hotel near to Railway Station

Location is very good. Next to grocery store coop, next to Bus Station. There is no kettle for coffee or tea in the room, but they have a coffee machine installed on second floor so you can go there and have a cup of coffee Service is OK. They are opening reception at 7 in the morning so in case you have to check-out early, tell them in advance.

The hotel was clean and tidy with decent size rooms. Located 5-7 min walk from station. Bus stop is right outside hotel, provides free bus travel card in Lucerne city during stay at hotel. One minute walk supermarket and Indian restaurant but expensive. I had a good stay except for fact that was given a room with 2 single beds joined instead of double bed despite pre confirmation from hotel that double bed would be there. This made stay a bit inconvenient else would rate it good for cleanliness and location.

Right in the heart of the city. Well connected provide city pass. Nice break fast. But rooms are tiny considering that price is expensive. Also to note it is right opposite to Kanchi Restaurant, which is also expensive, but serves Indian food away from home.
