This was one of my best stays at IBIS and what makes this unique is absolutely the highest standards of customer service. While the ibis Styles Luzern is located in the vicinity of the Lucerne train station (almost less than a kilometre), the ibis Styles Luzern has been blessed by excellent staff. I would like to give a shout out to Alexandra who was extremely polite but also assisted with numerous queries around the city and the country. She also considered my request for a change in package and ensured that customer service remains paramount. Additionally, she also assisted in the cafeteria and ensured to cater to the requirements. The ibis Styles Luzern offers a city transport pass valid on buses and trains. Thanks to Barbora for an excellent service who also upgraded my ibis Styles Luzern room. The breakfast was excellent and served some really famous delicacies. Way above my expectations. Surely worth a stay at Lucerne.

Extremely close to the bus stops from both the sides (1 minute walk from the ibis Styles Luzern. The bus ride to the lucerne station used to take about 3-4 minutes. The room (with balcony) was clean, hygienic and spacious. The ibis Styles Luzern staff were also very helpful and nice. We stayed during christmas and there used to be lovely cupcakes waiting for us in the evening. The breakfast was also sumptuous and there was enough variety for everyone. We would love to visit lucerne again and stay in this ibis Styles Luzern. )

This is a budget ibis Styles Luzern so keep your expectations low, i liked everything about the room for this price but the breakfast was terrible so better opt out from the breakfast addon. There are a lot of indian restaurants nearby. Vegan options sandwiches are available in the train station as well.

The ibis Styles Luzern is located pretty close to the lucerne lake and can be easily accessed by bus from the railway station. The room had decent space for a couple and the amenities were decent. A very good breakfast spread was highly appreciated.
