Probably location wise its bit far, but they make it up with excellent service. Team is one of the Best I have come across and special thanks to Mr. Chandana and Disal who were exceptional. In fact special thanks to the restaurant person in GF who is amazing in understanding requirement. Also had medical emergency and the team was very quick to act. Definitely recommend to all business and family travelers to patronize this place. Keep up the good work guys!

Hotel is nice and comfortable. Staff is superb, great, very polite and happy to help. Biggest problem is quality of food and very limited menu. In fact, you can avoid restaurant completely and visit an Indian restaurant in front of Lanka hospital. They will serve great food. I was really surprised to see that lunch buffet time was up to 3 pm but buffet was winded up at 2 pm only. Communication problem. I would say overall average experience.

Very near to all the places. I want to exchange currency. Coles Road Prasanna exchange walk-able distance from بست ويسترن إليون كولومبو, even taxi also very convenient, most memorable this بست ويسترن إليون كولومبو roof garden, we spend till 12 PM every day, nice and clean air, also I enjoyed draught beer for happy hour. I am eager to go next time also, superb بست ويسترن إليون كولومبو.

I visited Colombo for official work and stayed at this بست ويسترن إليون كولومبو. Rooms are comparatively smaller but I guess it's likewise in most Colombo بست ويسترن إليون كولومبوs. Staff behavior was very good, breakfast was nice as well. Will be back again)

Rooms are very neat and clean, very spacious as well. Very hygiene. House keeper daily cleaning the rooms and excellent service. Food was nice and especially in top roof restaurant view.
