The property and hospitality were pretty good but could be improved upon. For instance, most of the Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort was empty when i stayed but they refused to offer a free upgrade. In addition, the location is a bit remote and there are not many places to eat nearby apart from the ones within the Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort premises.

the Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort is good, but the food is not really that good. indian variety of food is bad, if the food left everything was good 👍🏻

Sheraton kosguda is truly an amazing property with excellent service

Truly awesome property. Amazing location right on the beach. Breakfast buffet has the most amazing spread and fantastic service by the staff. Special mention for ‘irshad mohamed, assistant front office manager’ who went above and beyond to make our family holiday memorable.

Very good property and supportive staff. Loved the stay and enjoyed the food through out. I would like to thank front desk staff indusara, who was very courteous and guided us.
