Breakfast was included and offered a good variety, especially for a business traveler like me. I appreciated the quiet surroundings despite being in a central area. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

The نوفوتيل مدريد سنتر is situated very centrally. It is a little overcrowded and gives you the typical metro نوفوتيل مدريد سنتر look. Cleanliness is average whereas facilities and service are good. The breakfast has a large spread but the items are not labelled at all and it becomes difficult to decide whether they are vegetarian or not.

The breakfast spread was excellent. The food was great. Location is very convenient. Staff were friendly. Only the breakfast room was always crowded.
The minibar was missing. The collection of tea in the room was poor.

The pool was very small and became crowded when +10 people were there. Excellent breakfast but variety should change daily. Sparkly clean نوفوتيل مدريد سنتر with excellent location, well worth the money spent.

Best about this نوفوتيل مدريد سنتر is that it is in the heart of the city with shopping malls nearby and Retiro Park in around 1 km distance.
