The biggest problem is language barrier, which makes difficult to make them understand what you want, so mostly you even avoid asking them. The first day they allotted wrong room luckily had room pictures from the booking so could ask them to upgrade it. Rest very good location, peaceful, heater works or not was till last in Delimma.
