Cleanliness of the rooms, kettle and cups was not upto the mark. Though they shared another kettle in the place of the dirty one even that was not cleaned properly and had a peculiar smell to it due to which we could not use it. I had yo wash it myself 4-5 times even then it wasnt in a usable condition. The stay overall was ok..wouldn't recommend it though to anyone nor stay again.

My experience was highly disappointing and did not match the description provided at the time of booking. Below are the key issues I encountered: I booked a Superior Gold Room expecting a room with a "so-called window" as per your listing. To my shock, the room had no real or false window Incorrect Amenities: The listing mentioned a writing desk. In reality, there was only a small sledge with a stool, which can hardly be called a desk. The room claimed to have a closet, but all that was offered were a few hangers on a rail. This does not qualify as a closet in any reasonable standard. Terrible Breakfast Experience: The breakfast service was extremely poorly managed. The food was cold, limited in quantity, and guests had to scramble to get anything when it finally arrived. This is not acceptable. Unjustified Star Rating: The hotel's "heritage" status does not justify a 3-star rating. The facilities and service level were far below that standard. Unwelcoming Staff: The staff showed no hospitality, no welcoming attitude, and not even a smile. When we asked for a room with a window, we were told in a tone that it would cost SGD 40 extra per night — as if suggesting we couldn’t afford it. This is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful The only positive was the hotel’s proximity to the MRT station.

First of all I booked a delux gold queen room but was not given the exact room shown in the images. It was smaller than that also shown in the images. Then the AC in the whole hotel was pathetic as my 2 other friends room was there and the AC cooling in their room was also not working. Then about the breakfast buffet it was also tasteless according to Indian taste buds. I am not vegetarian but I saw the options of veg people are very limited.

Overall Nice experience especially front office staff very friendly and breakfast , rooms are very clean with super smart YV

Everything is good. Especially breakfast is very tasty and also they are maintaining the room very clean. The only drawback is some of the staff are rude and one staff Mr. Hari is giving the best service to the customers.

room is extremely small. AC and TV dint work then they asked us to shift to a different room in 2nd floor. I had carry my luggage and climb stairs. I had no choice. will never ever ever stay in that hotel again in my life.

Stayed there for 1 night with family. Worst experience, bad service, non - considerate and non helping staff, terrible food. Not child friendly. Definitely not recommended if you want to stay with family ( baby / kid )
