Very poorly managed. We booked standard room with 9 year kid. Hotel accepted at the time of booking, while at the time of check in hotel informed room cannot allow kid. After mentioning we are IHG members, gave the room which had no space for extra bed , while a very small bed where we 3 adjusted to sleep. Also small things like complimentary water bottle offered was only 1/day. Rooms not very clean. Old shabby hotel. Would not recommend to anyone

The property is excellently located just 5 minutes from the SSR airport. The amenities and services are good as well. However, the beds in the room could be a little bigger in size. Overall a good stay.

The property is very close to the airport and have free pick up and drop from airport. In addition they have a free shuttle as per their time table going to the Mall and Asterea beach. As far as the restaurant is concerned- if they decide to serve buffet then they just refuse to serve a la carte and if you order one or two dishes in the room, they charge you MR 250 over and above the bill.

Location was isolated from city and very difficult to get drinking water also . Most of the people smoking inside hotel and room is very very suffocating

No foods in hotel and near by no shop or hotel . Lot of people smoking inside hotel in night which is suffocating. Swimming pool is so dirty . No lock for washroom and washroom door is transparent can not stay with family . Even no mineral water is given they have given water in glass bottles which is not healthy n hygiene.

It’s a great transit place. Very close to the Airport. The amenities and hospitality is superb and serves a great ambience.

Rooms were small for the price. Too much AC ventilator sound throughout the night. Very less vegetarian option even after we had requested the Chef. Their response had only been that they will do the next morning for us but we don't see anything new in the menu since the Chef kept changing for everyday.

Location is closer to airport and they provide airport shuttle. The stay was good. The room was clean

Hotel is near airport and free shuttle service to Airport is excellent. Good for staying one night just before your return flight.

No Indian Food. Worst thing is no curd in food list. we requested, you guys dont know difference between yogurt and curd.

The stay was descent, but there was instances when there was lack of drinking water, due to which we had to keep extra water with us throughout the trip. Also, when asked for extra drinking bottle, it was charged 5 times than the local supermarket. Secondly, the food was not extraordinary, it was very average.

Room was very small, bed was uncomfortable and that small that two persons can’t sleep properly. There were few options in vegetarian food and that was also not good. Moreover they levy ‘ Tray Charges’ if you wish to order anything from room service. I didn’t even heard of such kind of levy. Only plus point is it’s near to airport.

We booked this hotel only for the proximity to the airport. We had a morning flight and the hotel offered shuttle service as complimentary. However, we were surprised by the food at the restaurant. It was tasty and not so expensive. The rooms were clean, but their housekeeping response can be better.

It’s very far from the tourist places. All the services are out of order. The staff is stubborn and not supportive. The in house service is very slow. The food in breakfast doesn’t include any good indian dish but if you order in room they will provide.

Near the airport, nice location.

The hotel is very close to the airport and they provide a very reliable shuttle service - the vehicle will arrive within 15 minutes of your call. Unfortunately, to go anywhere (even to the nearest supermarket or mall) you will have to book a taxi. The beach that is featured (astorea) is also a good distance away. The food at breakfast is a good spread and consists of plenty of continental items, fruits, breads and salads. Dinner is occasionally a buffet or a la carte. Overall the food is tasty but can become monotonous, if you are staying for many days. Well stocked bar. Functional gym.

For a early flight nice location really close to the airport with free shuttle. Nice pool area where you don't feel like to be close to the airport. The food is good. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I thought the room could be cleaner.

Holiday inn hotel reception dint recognized the booking thru mm t. It took around an hours before it can check in

Very nice hotel and right next to airport. Being a business hotel the facilities are basic and nice gesture of shuttle service to mall and beach kind of covers up. Very friendly staff.
